The Sophie Foundation is the working name of The Top Model Foundation, a non-profit independent charity run entirely by volunteers. 100% of the money we raise goes directly towards our work. We are dedicated to raising awareness of Mental Health & Suicide Prevention in Young People across the UK.

The charity was first established as a fashion, beauty and creative industry initiative in 2019 and is in memory of our dear, beautiful friend and colleague, Sophie Fraser-Smith, who was tragically taken from us in 2017, age just 21.

The foundation has run the annual award-winning Top Model model awards experience and fashion event shows since 2021 and is also awareness partners with the seasonal Fashion London shows during London Fashion Week.
